Kevis House Gallery is offering one last chance to see the works of the contemporary wood engravers who were featured in the Ashmolean’s seminal overview exhibition Scene Through Wood, in the show ‘25 of the Finest Contemporary Wood Engravers’ ~ Selected by Anne Desmet RA

Wood engravings have the reputation of focussing on bucolic scenes so what better setting for an engraving show? However this collection of works should go some way to demonstrating that the medium is currently much more diverse than its reputation suggests. I will have a couple of engravings in this show including the last remaining copy of my print ‘Ilfracombe Freeform’
