This is an exhibition at the Klingspor Museum in Offenbach that I would very much like to see..
It is a display of artists notebooks and diaries which shows the thought processes that go into making artworks as well as many periferal influences.
The book I have contributed has been in use for about twenty years and is filled with rough drawings, notes of things seen, ideas for projects both completed and never started, quotes I have found interesting and as a place for organising ideas that I might want to come back to in the future. As such it is something I am often referring to and acts both as diary and aide memoire.
